We’ve got a wide range of ways to make payments, including online, by phone, and by mail. Review your options below to find the method that works best for you.
Online Payments
HOW DO I MAKE A ONE-TIME PAYMENT?
After you select "Make a Payment," choose a payment date within your grace period to avoid late fees. Next, confirm or adjust your payment amount, and then select an account to pay from.

HOW DO I LINK MY BANK ACCOUNT?
To set up AutoPay or make a one-time online payment, just enter the account and routing number of your preferred checking, savings, or money market account.
If you don’t know your account number and routing number, you can find it by signing in to your bank’s website. For checking accounts, it should also be at the bottom of your checks.
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOAN?
It’s easy to toggle between your loans so you can make payments on each. Just use the handy loan switcher feature on the upper left of your main account overview page.
Pay by Mail
If you’d like to mail your payment, here’s what you need to do:
Write a check or get a money order payable to “RightPath Servicing.”
On your latest monthly statement, you’ll find a detachable coupon at the bottom. Include the coupon and your check or money order in an envelope addressed to:

Once we receive your payment, it may take a few days to process and reflect on your account. However, your official payment date will be the date we receive it.
Pay by Phone
Making your payment over the phone has never been faster or more secure! Our advanced automated phone system can understand short questions and phrases. Once your identity has been verified, you can say something like “make a payment” to get started.
Just call 833-685-2589.
- If calling from a number saved to your account, our system will automatically identify you.
Note: If there are multiple borrowers on the account, you’ll need to provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. - If calling from a number our system doesn’t recognize, you’ll need to provide your full Social Security Number or the full account number.

Other Payment Options
Western Union® Quick Collect®
Western Union can ensure your payment is sent and received on the same day. Just check their website or call 800-325-6000 to find your nearest location.
When you arrive at Western Union, you’ll be asked to complete a Quick Collect form. Be sure to include your name and loan number. You’ll also need this information:

Note: All Quick Collect transactions require cash, and Western Union charges a fee for this service.
MoneyGram® ExpressPayment®
You can also send a same-day payment via MoneyGram. Find your nearest MoneyGram agent on their website or by calling 800-926-9400.
At their office, fill out a ExpressPayment form and be sure to include your name and loan number.
When you’re asked for a MoneyGram Receive Code, it’s 19131.
