You can request a payoff quote a few different ways.
WHO CAN REQUEST A PAYOFF QUOTE?
Only RightPath Servicing customers and authorized third parties may request a payoff quote.
You can authorize a third party to request a payoff quote on your behalf online.
HOW DO I REQUEST A PAYOFF QUOTE ONLINE?
If you’re a RightPath Servicing customer, you can request one through your online account.
- Depending on your loan, you may be eligible for an instant payoff quote.
- Otherwise, we will send your payoff quote by the delivery method you select within the timeframe provided.
If you’re a third party acting on behalf of a RightPath Servicing customer, and the customer has already completed our Third Party Authorization Form, you can request a third-party quote.
HOW DO I REQUEST A PAYOFF QUOTE BY PHONE OR MAIL?
To request by phone, call us.
To request by mail, send us a short letter stating that you’d like a payoff quote. Be sure it includes your loan number, the address of the property, and all your most up-to-date contact information.

PAYOFF QUOTE FEES
Please note that a preparation fee up to $30 may apply to each payoff statement we generate. Additional expedited delivery fees up to $25 may apply to each payoff quote sent via web and/or fax.
Feel free to call us for clarification of applicable fees before requesting your quote.
PAYOFF PAYMENT TYPES
Payoffs must be made via certified funds—wire transfer, money order, or cashier’s check. Please do not send personal checks, certified personal checks, or cash.
Wire Transfer
After reviewing your payoff quote, if you decide you’re ready to pay off your loan, we recommend a wire transfer. It’s secure and instantaneous.
Your payoff quote statement will include all the information you need about our receiving bank for wires.
