Paperless Enrollment
Sign up for Paperless and we'll send you a secure notification whenever there's a new document available for your review. All you need to do is sign in to your account to view and/or print it.
Timing
We'll send out your monthly statement no later than two weeks before the next due date.
Whenever needed, you can also view your statement online to find out what you owe and when it's due.

Statement Breakdown
Here are the key facts on your monthly statement.
1) STATEMENT INFORMATION
Here is your basic information, like the date your statement was generated, loan number, amount due, and payment due date.
2) EXPLANATION OF AMOUNT DUE
A breakdown of your payment, showing the amount for principal, interest, and escrow. If there are optional items, late payments or other fees, they will be shown here as well. You can review our complete fee schedule online.
3) ACCOUNT OVERVIEW
This will show your principal balance, escrow balance, and current interest rate.
4) PAST PAYMENT BREAKDOWN
This section recaps your last payment and also the payments you've made to date this year. It shows how much went to principal, interest, escrow, optional insurance, and any miscellaneous fees.
5) HELPFUL INFORMATION
Here you'll find important explanations and special notices pertaining to your account, plus useful tips for managing your home loan.
6) Transaction Activity
A basic recap of the recent transactions on your account and the resulting balances, as well as disbursements we've made on your behalf to payees like taxing authorities and insurance providers. You can see your complete transaction history by signing in to your online account.
7) PAYMENT COUPON
If you pay by mail, please fill out, detach, and return this section with your check or money order. You can also make a fast and easy payment online, anytime. Sign in to your account to make a one-time payment or set up AutoPay.
DO YOU HAVE LENDER-PAID EXPENSES?
If you had any expenses that we paid to maintain your home loan, like legal fees, repair costs, or property inspections, then you’ll see these on the second page of your statement.
WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE A STATEMENT?
If you think you’ve missed a billing statement, here are a few possible explanations
LATE PAYMENT
Did you pay on time last month? Missing your payment due date can lead to delays in your next statement. Remember, if you sign up for AutoPay you’ll never have to stress about remembering your payment due date. Please note that you cannot sign up for AutoPay if you have any outstanding late payments or fees on your account.
ADDRESS UPDATE NEEDED
If the postal service returns mail we sent to you because of an address issue, we stop mailing statements until your address is updated. Verify and update your address.
Concerned that your statement was lost in the mail? You can securely view, download, and print all your documents from the “Statements” section of your online account. Remember, when you sign up for Paperless, you’ll always receive your statements online.
RECENTLY UPDATED ADDRESS
If you update your mailing address, the change may not take effect until your next billing cycle. This may cause you to miss one statement while the change is processing. All future statements will go to your updated address until you update it again or sign up for Paperless. You can always access your latest statement by signing in to your online account.
RECENTLY TRANSFERRED TO RIGHTPATH SERVICING
If your loan was recently transferred to RightPath Servicing, your first statement may be slightly delayed. We will send you your first statement within 30 days of your transfer date. Once you’ve registered for website access, you can see your statement information any time. Also, please remember we do not charge late fees for 60 days from your transfer date. BANKRUPTCY ACCOUNTS
We send monthly statements to accounts that are in active bankruptcy (subject to certain limitations under federal law). This includes accounts that have received a discharge order from a bankruptcy court. If you wish to no longer receive a monthly statement, please send a written request to the appropriate address below. The appropriate address is also included in the monthly statement under the “Important Messages” box.

To resume delivery of monthly statements, please send a written request to the same address. Please be aware that we cannot resume delivery of monthly statements if delivery was halted by an order of a bankruptcy court.
OTHER ATTORNEY REPRESENTATION
If you have attorney representation for any other mortgage-related matters, we will send all correspondence to your attorney. To resume sending correspondence to you, we will need written verification that you are no longer being represented by an attorney regarding your mortgage. PAPERLESS DELIVERY
If you are signed up for Paperless, we won’t mail your statements. Instead, we’ll send you an email when your statement is ready. Then you can securely view, download, and/or print from the “Statements” section of your online account. You can check your Paperless status in the “Communication Settings” tab.
